Last updated: 31 May 2026
Version: 3.0
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to washingpurifyher.world (the “Site”) operated by Washingpurifyher.world (ACN 002 506 461) from 320 Montague Rd, West End QLD 4101, Australia.
By using the Site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our services and goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including that services are provided with due care and skill and are reasonably fit for any disclosed purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit liability for failure to comply with a non-excludable guarantee, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
3. Nature of content — not medical or professional advice
All micro-workout plans, checklists, challenges, articles, and event descriptions on the Site are general lifestyle and movement education only. They are not:
- medical, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, or therapeutic advice;
- a diagnosis or treatment plan;
- a substitute for consultation with a doctor, physiotherapist, accredited exercise physiologist, or other qualified health practitioner.
Individual responses to movement vary. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Consult a qualified health practitioner before starting new physical activity if you have concerns about your health, fitness, injuries, or pregnancy. In an emergency, call 000 (Australia).
4. Artificial intelligence (AI) on this website — 2026 transparency
We are committed to algorithmic transparency in line with Australian privacy expectations for 2025–2026:
- Some images may be stock photography or created/edited with generative AI for illustration; they are not client photos or outcome promises.
- Some text may be drafted with AI tools and reviewed by a human before publishing.
- The contact form is handled by our team unless we clearly introduce an AI assistant (with an on-screen notice).
- AI outputs are general education only — not medical or personalised training advice. Do not rely on AI for emergencies.
Details: Privacy Policy — AI disclosures and About Us.
5. Health and safety
You are responsible for assessing whether any suggested movement is appropriate for you. Stop immediately if you experience sharp pain, dizziness, or unusual shortness of breath. Our Health & Safety guidelines on the Site are general information only and do not replace professional assessment.
6. Events and workshops
If you register for in-person events in West End or elsewhere:
- event dates, locations, and formats may change — we will notify registrants where practicable;
- registration does not create a therapeutic or coaching relationship;
- participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow venue rules;
- reschedule if you are unwell; do not attend when contagious.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Site unlawfully or in a way that infringes others’ rights;
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data;
- introduce malware, scrape content for competing commercial databases, or overload our servers;
- submit false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive material via forms;
- use the contact form for spam or unsolicited commercial messages (see Spam Act 2003 (Cth)).
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own or license copyright in text, images, logos, layout, and downloadable materials on the Site. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only, consistent with fair dealing under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
You must not reproduce, republish, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
9. Accuracy and reliance
We aim to keep information current and accurate but do not warrant that content is complete, error-free, or suitable for every person. Workout timings and descriptions are guides only. You rely on Site content at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law (and subject to Section 2 above), we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, or injury arising from participation in suggested activities.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) resupply of the relevant services or (b) AUD $100, except where a higher minimum is required by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of law.
12. Third-party links and embeds
The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example Google Maps). We do not control third-party content or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.
13. Privacy and electronic communications
We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) — see our Privacy Policy. Marketing emails and SMS comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth); you may opt out at any time.
By submitting the contact form with the required consent checkbox, you agree that we may process your details as described in the Privacy Policy to respond to your enquiry.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and federal courts in Australia.
Before commencing legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting us at the email above. If unresolved, you may pursue remedies available at law, including under the ACL.
15. General
- Entire agreement: These terms, the Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy form the agreement regarding Site use unless a separate written contract applies to paid services.
- Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder continues in force.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
- Assignment: We may assign our rights; you may not assign without our consent.
- Changes: We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
16. Google Ads & landing page transparency
Any advertising for this website (including Google Ads in Australia) will:
- describe the same free educational content and paid events available here;
- not promise specific fitness, weight, or health outcomes;
- not use before/after imagery or imply medical treatment;
- link to this Site with visible business contact details, About, and Pricing & Refunds pages.
See our About Us page for full advertising and editorial standards.
