1. What is free on this website
Micro-workout plans, daily checklists, challenge schedules, articles, and FAQs are free for personal, non-commercial use. Free content is general education only — not personalised clinical or fitness programming.
2. Paid workshops & events (prices in AUD)
Many community events are free. Where a fee applies, the amount is stated on the event listing and confirmed in writing before you pay. Current scheduled events:
- Intro to Micro-Workouts (14 Jun 2026) — Free (registration required)
- 7-Day Challenge Kickoff (12 Jul 2026) — Free
- Checklist Workshop (2 Aug 2026) — AUD $15 (confirmed at registration)
- Shift Worker Roundtable (16 Aug 2026) — Free
Indicative structure for future paid sessions:
- Intro workshops — often free; any paid amount shown at registration
- Riverside walks & group sessions — free or low-cost (typically AUD $0–$25 if stated)
- Private group bookings — price on enquiry via contact form
Quotes include GST where applicable, payment method, date, location, and what is included. No hidden booking fees unless disclosed upfront.
3. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guarantees
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), our services must be provided with due care and skill, fit for any disclosed purpose, and delivered within a reasonable time. Your statutory rights cannot be excluded. See Terms of Use.
4. Cancellation & rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a paid event where possible for a full refund or transfer.
- Late cancellations may forfeit the fee unless we agree otherwise in writing or ACL rights apply.
- We may cancel or reschedule events due to weather or staff illness; you will be offered a new date or a refund.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on what was purchased and Australian law:
- Major failure (ACL): you may be entitled to a refund if services have a major problem.
- Change of mind: not required for change-of-mind refunds unless stated in your registration confirmation.
- Event cancellation by us: full refund of any fee paid within 14 business days.
6. How to request a refund or make a complaint
Email community@washingpurifyher.world or use our contact form with your name, event date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
If unresolved, you may contact the Queensland Office of Fair Trading or the ACCC for consumer guidance. ACL remedies remain available.
7. Google Ads & advertising transparency
Any paid advertising describes the same free and paid services available on this website. We do not use misleading before/after claims, guaranteed fitness outcomes, or medical promises in ads or on landing pages. Business details match our About page.
